Day 1

Arrival in Guwahati - Drive to Dirang

Arrive in Guwahati and set out for Dirang, a serene hill town in Arunachal Pradesh.

Enjoy scenic mountain views along the way, passing through picturesque landscapes.

Check in to your hotel and explore Dirang’s hot springs and local market in the evening.

Day 2

Dirang - Sangti Valley Excursion

Start the day with an excursion to Sangti Valley, a beautiful valley surrounded by lush forests and mountains.

In winter, the valley is home to black-necked cranes, a rare sight.

Return to Dirang, visiting the Dirang Dzong (fort) and the Thupsung Dhargye Monastery.

Day 3

Dirang - Tawang

Depart for Tawang, crossing the Sela Pass (13,700 ft) with its stunning high-altitude lake.

Continue to the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to the Indian Army’s bravery.

Arrive in Tawang and check into your hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 4

Tawang Monastery & Bum La Pass Excursion

Visit the iconic Tawang Monastery, the largest in India and a center of Tibetan Buddhism.

Later, take an excursion to the stunning Bum La Pass near the Indo-China border (subject to permission).

En route, visit Sangetsar Lake (Madhuri Lake), a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains.

Tawang - Ziro
