Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings is subject to the following refund charges:

  • 60 days or more prior to booking dates: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded (10% cancellation charge).
  • 30–59 days prior to booking dates: 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded (20% cancellation charge).
  • 15–29 days prior to booking dates: 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded (30% cancellation charge).
  • 7–14 days prior to booking dates: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded (50% cancellation charge).
  • Within 7 days of booking dates: No refund (100% cancellation charge).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Any third-party services booked through Ilika Journeys (e.g., flight tickets, specific hotel bookings) may be subject to the refund policies of the respective providers.
  1. Force Majeure
    In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in line with service provider policies.
